Restore the Right (Kidney Yang) Decoction

You Gui Yin is a classical formula used to strongly warm and tonify Kidney Yang while nourishing Essence (Jing). It is primarily indicated in patterns of Kidney Yang deficiency, particularly when deficiency is deep, chronic, and constitutional, and Cold is prominent.

This formula is especially appropriate when Yang deficiency leads to Cold, weakness, and diminished vitality, affecting the lower burner, reproductive system, and overall metabolic warmth.

Cautions

• Contraindicated in Yin deficiency with Heat signs
