Description
This formula nourishes Yin, tonifies Qi, and harmonizes blood and fluids to restore balance in the body:
Hou Ma Ren (Cannabis Semen) moistens the intestines and nourishes Yin, relieving mild dryness and supporting bowel function.
E Jiao (Asini Corii Colla) enriches blood, stops bleeding, and calms the spirit, supporting overall vitality.
Gan Cao Zhi (Glycyrrhizae Radix preparata) harmonizes the formula, strengthens Spleen Qi, and moderates tension in the muscles.
Mai Dong (Ophiopogonis Radix) nourishes Yin, clears heat from deficiency, and moistens the lungs.
Gui Zhi (Cinnamomi Ramulus) gently warms and promotes circulation of Yang, supporting middle burner function.
Da Zao (Jujubae Fructus) tonifies Spleen Qi, harmonizes the middle burner, and strengthens the protective Qi.
Sheng Di Huang (Rehmanniae Radix) nourishes Yin and cools deficiency heat, supporting blood and fluids.
Dang Shen (Codonopsis Radix) strengthens middle burner Qi, supporting digestion and energy.

Posology
Granules
3–9g daily, divided into 1–3 doses, taken warm.
Raw Herbs
Decoct in 800–1000ml water. Drink 1–3 cups daily.
Contraindications
Not recommended for patients with excess damp-heat or acute infections
Use with caution in cases of loose stools from Spleen deficiency
