Description
Yi Guan Jian with Sheng Di Huang addresses a pattern of Liver and Kidney Yin deficiency with constrained Liver Qi and emerging deficiency heat.
Gou Qi Zi (Lycii Fructus) nourishes Liver and Kidney Yin, supports essence, and enriches blood.
Dang Gui (Angelicae sinensis Radix) tonifies and invigorates blood while harmonizing Liver Qi, gently relieving constraint.
Mai Dong (Ophiopogonis Radix) nourishes Yin, moistens the lungs and stomach, and counteracts heat arising from Yin deficiency.
Sheng Di Huang (Rehmanniae Radix) strongly nourishes Yin, cools deficiency heat, and restores fluids, enhancing the formula’s ability to treat heat signs and dryness from Yin depletion.
Together, these herbs restore Yin, harmonize Liver Qi, reduce internal heat, and alleviate dryness, making it ideal for chronic conditions with both root deficiency and branch constraint.
