This formula treats restless fetus disorder and gynecological issues caused by blood stasis, such as mild, persistent uterine bleeding during pregnancy with abdominal pain. Blood stasis in the Womb obstructs nourishment to the fetus and may cause bleeding. It is also used for immobile abdominal masses, dysmenorrhea, amenorrhea, abdominal spasms, and retained lochia, all associated with qi stagnation, blood stasis, and phlegm-damp obstruction. Symptoms include fixed abdominal pain, a dark tongue with purple spots, and a submerged, choppy pulse, reflecting the underlying stagnation and obstruction.
