This formula is a combined formula of Xiao Chai Hu Tang and Dang Gui Shao Yao San. It is a formula for women's diseases. It has the function to regulate qi and blood，dispel wind -damp，and eliminate chills and heat effusion. It is applicable to autoimmune diseases and endocrine diseases. It is also appliable to the constitutional rectification in females.

Chai Hu（Radix Bupleuri），15g
Huang Qin（Radix Scutellariae），5g
[Jiang］ Ban Xia（（Rhizoma Pinelliae Praeparata），10g
Dang Shen（Radix Codonopsis），10g
Zhi Gan Cao（Radix Glycyrrhizae Praeparata），5g
Dang Gui（Radix Angelicae Sinensis），10g
Chuan Xiong（Rhizoma Chuanxiong），15g
Bai Shao（Radix Paeoniae Alba），30g
Bai Zhu（Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae），15g
Fu Ling（Poria），15g
Ze Xie（Rhizoma Alismatis），15g
Gan Jiang（Rhizoma Zingiberis Exsiccatum），10g
Hong Zao（Fructus Jujubae），20g

Decoction
Place the medicinal in 800 mL water and boil until 300 mL remains. Take 150 mL of the decoction each time and take 1 pack every 1 to 2 days.

Suitable Population
Common in middle-aged females with sallow complexion，significant fatigue，dejected or depressed mood ； tendency to have fear of cold and wind，generalized itchiness and pain，mild puffy swelling in face or lower limbs，scanty menstrual flow，amenorrhea，or reduced libido.

Suitable Diseases and Conditions

Hashimoto disease，autoimmune liver disease，rheumatoid arthritis，rheumatic polymyalgia，chronic hives，immune infertility，lupus erythematosus，melasma，and eczema.

Cautions
① For allergic reaction，headache，numbness and pain in limbs，add 15g Jing Jie and 15g Fang Feng.

② For diarrhea，reduce the dosage of Bai Shao.

③ It is recommended that the patient finishes one dose over two days or take one dose every other day. Typically，this formula is taken for 2 to 3 months.
