Bai He Gu Jin Tang (Lily Bulb Decoction to Preserve the Metal) is a classic formula used to nourish Lung and Kidney yin while moistening dryness and relieving cough. It is particularly indicated for patterns where yin deficiency leads to internal dryness, often manifested as chronic cough with little sputum, sore throat, and tidal fever. By combining herbs that nourish yin with herbs that clear heat and moisten dryness, the formula restores balance and protects body fluids.

Directions of use:
