Shu Di Huang (Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata) – Acts as the foundation of the formula by deeply nourishing Kidney Yin and replenishing Essence. It supports the production of marrow and strengthens overall vitality, providing a vital Yin anchor to balance the warming herbs.

Shan Zhu Yu (Corni Fructus) – Stabilizes the Kidneys and preserves Essence, particularly supporting reproductive and urinary function. It acts as a consolidating agent, preventing leakage of vital fluids and reinforcing the Kidney root.

Posology

Granules 
3 to 9g per day after main meals, diluted in hot water.

Raw Plants
