Description
Zu Ling Tang addresses Spleen deficiency with damp accumulation, where weakened transformation and transportation of fluids leads to retention and heaviness.
Fu Ling (Poria) strengthens the Spleen while promoting urination and draining dampness. It supports both fluid metabolism and digestive function.
Zhu Ling (Polyporus) promotes urination and leaches out dampness, helping reduce edema and urinary difficulty.
Bai Zhu (Atractylodis macrocephalae Rhizoma) tonifies Spleen Qi, dries dampness, and stabilizes the middle burner to prevent further accumulation.
Together, these herbs strengthen the root (Spleen Qi) while eliminating excess dampness, restoring balanced fluid transformation and relieving swelling and heaviness.
