How to Prepare

1.    Pour the entire contents of the sachet into 2 litres of water and bring to the boil.

2.    Once boiling, reduce the heat and simmer gently for 30 minutes.

3.    Add cold water until the temperature is comfortably warm.

4.    Pour the herbal infusion into a basin and immerse your feet.

5.    Relax and soak your feet for 15–20 minutes.
