Description

Shao Yao Gan Cao Tang is a simple yet powerful formula that harmonizes the nutritive blood and the protective Qi, targeting spasmodic pain in muscles or the abdomen.

Shao Yao (Paeoniae Radix alba) nourishes the blood, softens the Liver, and alleviates pain and cramping. It helps relax the muscles and calm internal tension.

Gan Cao (Glycyrrhizae Radix) tonifies Qi, harmonizes the formula, moderates the spasms, and supports the Spleen to maintain proper energy flow.

Together, the two herbs restore balance between blood and Qi, relieve spasms, and reduce pain caused by deficiency or disharmony. This formula is especially effective for muscle cramps, abdominal pain, or palpitations associated with tension.
