Description
Ren Shen Yang Rong Tang is designed for Qi and Blood deficiency with internal cold, where both the middle burner and circulation are weakened. The combination of tonifying, warming, and harmonizing herbs ensures comprehensive support for energy, circulation, and organ function.
Rou Gui warms the interior and strengthens Yang, supporting energy and circulation.
Fu Ling and Bai Zhu strengthen the Spleen and drain dampness, preventing stagnation and supporting nutrient absorption.
Shu Di Huang, Dang Gui, and Bai Shao Yao nourish Blood and yin, replenishing essence and relieving palpitations or dizziness.
Ren Shen and Huang Qi tonify Qi, raise energy, stabilize the exterior, and enhance resilience.
Wu Wei Zi astringes Qi and preserves fluids, supporting the Heart and Lung function.
Da Zao and Cu Gan Cao harmonize the formula, protect the middle burner, and moderate the properties of other herbs.
Chen Pi regulates Qi and aids digestion, ensuring nutrients are
transformed efficiently.
Sheng Jiang harmonizes the middle burner and moderates the formula, reducing harshness and preventing nausea or bloating.

Posology
Granules
3–9g daily, divided 1–3 times, dissolved in warm water.
Raw Herbs
Decoct 800–1200ml of water, reduce to 2–3 cups, drink 1–3 times daily.
Contraindications
Avoid in cases of Yin or Blood deficiency without signs of cold or Qi deficiency
Use caution in patients with high fever or acute infections
