Deputies Lycii Fructus (gou qi zi) and Cuscutae Semen (tu si zi) nourish Liver and Kidneys to help stop emissions, while Achyranthis Radix (niu xi) strengthens the lower back, knees, and sinews. Angelicae sinensis Radix (dang gui) nourishes Liver blood to support hair health. Psoraleae Fructus (bu gu zhi) warms and tonifies yang, and Poria (fu ling) drains dampness. Black sesame seeds (hei zhi ma) enhance yin nourishment and serve as the envoy.
