Description

This herbal tea is formulated according to traditional Chinese medicine principles, focusing on gentle heat clearing, Qi regulation, and the balance between cooling and nourishment:

Ju Hua (Chrysanthemi Flos) – helps clear mild heat, calm the Liver, and support eye comfort and clarity.

Chen Pi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium) – regulates Qi, supports digestion, and reduces sensations of fullness and stagnation.

Gou Qi Zi (Lycii Fructus) – nourishes Yin and Blood, supporting vitality and overall balance.

Bo He (Menthae Herba) – gently disperses heat, refreshes the mind, and promotes a sense of lightness and ease.

Posology

Add 1 teaspoon of the herbal blend to 200–250 ml of hot water.
